HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?Please make sure you input your discount code correctly and into the appropriate box when you check out to apply it to your order. Discount codes cant be used retroactively
WHEN IS PAYMENT TAKEN?Payment will be taken immediately once your card has been authorised. A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been successfully received.
If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we would recommend you contact your bank or card issuer to understand why they were unable to authorise the payment.
CAN I GET A SWATCH SAMPLE?You can order fabric samples here for our custom pieces.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?We ship to most the United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates and to most European regions. We have 4 main factories in which products will ship from including Mexico, Hong Kong, Albania & Egypt.
If you are unsure whether we ship to your destination, please contact customer service team.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER/ADDRESS?You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it. After that, the order will begin production at which point we cannot cancel the order.
You can change your delivery address by contacting our Customer Service team. You will need to provide your order number and email address.
HOW CAN I SIGN UP TO THE MAILING LIST?You can sign up on the create an account page or unmuting your details to the pop up on the homepage. For new subscribers, we offer a 5% off your first order code!
You will have access to exclusive discounts, news, promotions, events, articles and more!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?Once your item has been dispatched from our distribution warehouse, your tracking information will be sent to you by email.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?You can order online via our website and pay at checkout.
You can also Contact Us through our customer service email and we will assist in placing your order for you.
If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please promptly report them within 48 hours of receiving the item. Our full returns policy can be seen here.
HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS?
Upon receiving your refund notification, it may take up to 14 days depending on your bank and payment type.

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?We accept all major credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. We also accept bank transfer.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?We aim to dispatch your item as soon as possible and always aim to adhere to our estimated dispatch and delivery timescales stated below to each product.
Please be aware that items that have been sent by sea will not received regular updates until they arrive at your local customs port.
Should there be any delays, our customer service team will keep you up to date every step of the way.
WHY HAS MY PAYMENT BEEN DECLINED?A payment could be declined in some situations. Please make sure the details of the card used are correct including start date and card type are correct, and your billing address is the same address registered to the card.
If the problem persists, try contacting your bank or card issuer. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact our Customer Service team.
WHY ISN’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?Only one discount offer or promotion code can be used per transaction.
Many of our discount codes are valid for a limited time only. If your code is still valid and not working, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Some discount codes cannot be applied to Sale items or items already on offer.
